Amazing! My five-year-old needed a chest x-ray and it was easy. I scheduled online through a text message they sent me and I got in and the staff was very nice. My baby dropped her bottle and the lady went and rinsed it for me. The Wait, like five minutes and the x-ray staff was super sweet. I had the baby so I had to wait in the hallway and they let my daughter like play with the x-ray machine and take a fake x-ray on the technician so that she wasn’t scared to go by herself and she went in for like five minutes or less and she was out and she was happy and they gave her stickers and it was really cool. -

When I called to schedule an ultrasound, Susan was helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I was going to receive the best type of ultrasound for the issue I was having. Turns out the PA-C, at my clinic, had allowed an incorrect order to arrive at DINW. Susan prevented me for spinning my wheels and loss of $$$ with a procedure that wouldn't have helped. Susan was very personable, asked questions of me that I didn't even know I should be asking, and listened to me. She was a breath of fresh air, after being sent a various wild-goose chases on other phone conversations with other related offices.
