Affordable Care Act

The Affordable Care Act went into effect on January 1, 2014, and all individuals are now required to have health insurance. This is a national effort created to ensure that everyone has access to health care, regardless of financial circumstances, even if they are sick or have a prior health issue.

If you are one of nearly 1 million uninsured in our state, you can shop for a plan that fits your health care needs and your budget. You may even qualify for low-cost or no-cost health insurance. To find, compare and enroll in  the health plan that fits your needs and budget, visit Washington Healthplanfinder or call toll-free (855) WAFINDER (1-855-923-4633).

Before you apply for financial assistance with Diagnostic Imaging Northwest, we encourage you to first attempt to enroll in an insurance plan.
