We are excited to share a new enhancement to our services at TRA Medical Imaging, Diagnostic Imaging Northwest, and Union Avenue Open MRI, developed in response to valuable feedback from our healthcare community.

Understanding the importance of timely communication in patient care, we are introducing a proactive notification system. If we are unable to schedule a patient for diagnostic imaging within 7 days of receiving the order, we will promptly send a faxed letter to your office. This initiative ensures you are informed and can take any necessary follow-up actions for your patient’s care.

Please note that this new system applies to all diagnostic imaging orders except for screening mammogram studies. Additionally, we will continue to retain the patient’s order on file, allowing them the flexibility to schedule their appointment at a future date.

Understanding the varying preferences of our medical partners, we also offer the option to “opt out” of receiving these notifications. If you prefer not to receive these communications, please use the link below to opt out of this communication.
